Solar Imaging Session - January 29, 2024

The sky this afternoon is very hazy and seeing condition is fair. I was able to make a quickie solar imaging session after having late lunch on AR3559 Region which shows a beautiful Looped Filaprom near the NW limb on Ha wavelength. Unfortunately, seeing worsen when I'm about to image AR3559 in whitelight wavelength.

Solar Imaging Session - January 10, 2024

The sky this late afternoon is partly cloudy and seeing is fair. A new large AR3545 region is emerging from the eastern limb while AR3540 & AR3541 region remain a nice duo group nearing central meridian of the Sun while departing AR3539 & AR3536 regions are still very active in flaring activities. I had to fight cloud cover while imaging in whitelight and was only able to image AR3540, AR3541 and AR3545 only before getting clouded out.

Solar Imaging Session - January 3, 2024

The sky this afternoon is partly clear but hazy and seeing condition is good. AR3536 & AR3537 region are the larger groups on the Sun's disk and have entered from the NE limb. Not much solar flaring activity right now as well. This is also my 1st solar imaging session for 2024.
