Solar Imaging Session - March 28, 2024

The sky this afternoon is clear and seeing condition is very good. AR3615 Region is about to exit the SW limb in 2 days more or less. Rest of the sunspots on the Sun's disk are small to moderate size only. I was also able to test the Televue 4x Powermate against my trusty TV 5x Powermate on AR3615 Region and teh 4x Powermate shows a little tad sharper than the 5x Powermate but the difference is not that far off though. But I might start to use the 4x Powermate more in the days to come.

Solar Imaging Session - March 25, 2024

The sky this afternoon is hazy and seeing condition is poor. AR3615 region has the biggest sunspot on the Sun's disk. AR3619 Region also shows nice ejection flare from the sunspot.

Solar Imaging Session - March 3, 2024

The sky this afternoon is partly cloudy and hazy with poor seeing condition. With AR3590 exited the NW limb already, AR3595 Region is left with the biggest group on the Sun's disk right now. Not much flaring activity as well on the AR3595 region. There are 2 nice large prominences in the SE and N limb.
