Solar Imaging Session - August 29, 2015
The sky this morning is cloudy but there are some cloud openings for me to try to capture AR2403 Sunspot Group before it exits the SW limb. In Ha wavelength, AR2403 Sunspot Group is still showing some moderate flaring activity inside its core. There are also several large eruptive prominences visible in the NE and NW limbs. There is also a huge super long Dark Filament visible at the central meridian of the Sun which almost extends from N to S limb as well as several smaller dark filaments too.
In white light wavelength, I was able to capture AR2403 Sunspot Group as it nears the SW limb. Still glad to be able to capture it before it exits in a day or two totally.
