Solar Imaging Session - April 9, 2019
The sky this afternoon is partly cloudy and seeing is fair initially when I'm starting out imaging new AR2738 Sunspot Group, which is emerging from the NE limb in Ha wavelength. Unfortunately, seeing quickly deteriorates as I started my session already passed my usual imaging time because In have to bring my old car to car repair shop for engine light overhaul:(
I also wasn't able to image in white light as I got clouded out :( I hope to be able to image the group again this coming Thursday afternoon again. Remnants of AR2737 Sunspot Group an still be faintly seen nearing the NW limb. Numerous moderate to large eruptive prominences can be seen around the solar limb.
