Solar Imaging Session - September 7, 2021
The sky this morning is very hazy a d seeing condition is not that good. AR2866, 2868, 2864 Sunspot Groups continue to grow in size and display little flaring activity only and are beautiful to observe as well. AR2863 Sunspot Group is shrinking a bit in size. Several prominences are visible on the solar limb with the NE limb showing a huge but faint eruptive prominence! Unfortunately due to the haze, the contrast of this huge prominence is hard to process and become dull... I was also fighting lots of clouds and after 8:30am, I was totally clouded out and miss imaging AR2863 Sunspot Group to complete my solar Ha set :(
