Solar Imaging Session - August 4, 2024
The sky this lunchtime is clear and seeing condition is fair. AR3772 Regions is the largest group on the Sun's disk now but there is a new large sunspot in the eastern limb that might be designated AR3780 and bigger than AR3772 region for sure... Several nice prominences in the NE and SW limb as well but the SW prominence is huge and making a huge arc along the limb. A very long dark filament in the NE quadrant is also beautiful!
