Solar Imaging Session - July 20, 2026
The sky this morning is partly clear and seeing condition is very good. AR4489 Region continues to be stable in term of size while AR4492 Region that is entering the NE limb might replace AR4489 Region as the next big active region to monitor in the days to come. New AR4493 Region is growing also in structure and forms a ring appearance. In Ha wavelength, AR4489 Region together with a widening and long twisting dark filament in the same field of view forms a beautiful photogenic area to image.AR4492 Region is likewise beautiful as there is a beautiful eruptive prominence in the NE limb. There is also a pair of long twisting dark filament in the NW quadrant. AR4493 Region is active with flaring activity despite its small group.
