Solar Imaging Session - April 5, 2010 (2 Large Eruptive Prominences !)

Hello:

The sky this morning is fair and the Huge eruptive prominence in the NE limb had reduced in size and continues to collapse back to the solar limb. On the other hand, the large eruptive prominence that was visible in the SW limb yesterday grows in size today! Both are beautiful to view and image! AR 11059 is still visible but shows lesser activity. Yesterday's possible active region has finally been named AR 11060 as it emerges from the NE limb as shown near the large eruptive prominence near the NE limb below:
