Solar Imaging Session - April 2, 2015
I wake up later this morning and was greeted by numerous passing clouds :( I was eager to check if the huge hedgerow prominence is still there. But I was disappointed a bit as the huge prominence is already gone :( The other large hedgerow prominence near the western limb is still visible today but obvious deterioration is in progress :( The SW small eruptive prominence is now a large one this morning. Unfortunately, it was difficult for me to image the Sun because of the passing clouds. I only got to have a partly clear 30 sec shot of the prominences before getting shut down. I also saw AR2305 Sunspot Group near the SW limb but couldn't capture it because of the said condition.
