Solar Imaging Session - March 6, 2012 (Huge AR11429 Sunspot Group!)

The sky this morning is again clear and seeing condition was very good. AR11429 Sunspot Group continues to grow in size as well as AR11430 Sunspot Group. AR11428 Sunspot Group is also growing in size while AR11431 Sunspot Group is quiet in the SW quadrant. AR11423 Sunspot Group is exiting the western limb.

In Ha wavelength, AR11429 Sunspot Group shows a bright flare inside its core. There is also a moderate sized eruptive prominence visible in the SE limb. There are a total of 5 sunspot groups visible on the Sun right now.
