Solar Imaging Session - June 13, 2022

Solar Imaging Session - June 13, 2022 The sky this afternoon is partly cloudy and seeing condition is fair. AR3032 Sunspot Group is growing in size and area. AR3033 Sunspot Group is trailing AR3032 Sunspot Group while ankther 2 possible moderate size sunspot groups are emerging from the NE abd SE limb. A nice large eruptive prominence is visible in the NW limb. AR3032 Sunspot Group is beautiful in Ha wavelength as it has a lightning like solar flares and large dark filaments scattered around the group. AR3031 Sunspot Group is also nice to view in Ha wavelength.

Solar Imaging Session - June 11, 2022

The sky this morning is partly cloudy and seeing condition is fair. The Sun is a bit quiet if not for the emergence of a new large sunspot group designated AR3030 entering from the NE limb. Another decaying AR3029 Sunspot Group lokks pale in white light but looks nice in Ha wavelength. There are 2 nice large prominences visible in the NE limb as well as SW limb as well. I was only able to image in white light and Ha wavelength only before I got clouded out.

Solar Imaging Session - June 5, 2022

The sky this morning is partly cloudy abd very hazy. Seeing condition is fair. Fellow solar observer and imager Jun Lao messaged me early this morning to inform me that he was able to observe and image the SW prominence ejecting out of the solar limb about an hour earlier from US side. So i try to setup asap but was only able to capture the remnants of the ejection prominence but still ok for me. I was also able to image AR3027, AR3024, AR3023 on the SW quadrant while departing AR3026 Sunspot Group is exiting the NW limb. There are also several small pore groups visible on the eastern quadrants but I image only the largest of the groups which is AR3029 Sunspot Group. I was able to image in all 3 wavelengths this morning.
