Solar Imaging Session - November 8, 2015

The sky this morning is clear and seeing condition is once again fair. AR2448 Sunspot Group has calmed down after yesterday flare. AR2449 and 2443 Sunspot Group also quiets down a bit. There are several large eruptive prominences both in the NE and SE limb. In white light wavelength. AR2443 Sunspot Group almost lost all of its pore structures while the 2 main umbra components ares till intact. AR2449 Sunspot Group is getting larger and will probably be the sunspot group to monitor in the days to come after AR2443 Sunspot Group is starting to exit the NW limb. AR2448 Sunspot Group maintains its size. I was also able to image full disk white light as well.

Solar Imaging Session - November 7, 2015

The sky this morning is clear and seeing condition is fair. After rechecking my mount's RS232 interface port yesterday and resoldering the loose contacts. My mount is behaving back to normalcy thus I was able to image smoothly this morning. AR2448 Sunspot Group is flaring up this morning. More or less an M flare class. New AR2449 and 2443 Sunspot Groups are also very active inside its core. There is also a large eruptive prominence in the NE limb. I also got to image both AR2443 and 2448 Sunspot Groups in closeups thru white light wavelength.

Solar Imaging Session - November 6, 2015

I wake up late this morning due to tiredness so I was on a scramble to do my solar imaging. Unfortunately , the sky this morning is a bit cloudy and seeing condition is also poor. AR2443 Sunspot Group continues to be moderately active in its core but the core structure of this sunspot group is obviously starting to deteriorate specially on its pore sections. Anyway, better than nothing. I hope to do better tomorrow.

Solar Imaging Session - November 5, 2015

The sky this morning is partly clear and seeing condition is good. I was able to image AR2443 as well as new emerging AR2448 Sunspot Group from the eastern limb which also shows a large eruptive prominence. I also got to image AR2443 Sunspot Group in close up white light. I use a double stacked 2x barlow lens instead of my usual TV 5x Powermate to lessen magnification to fit the entire group with some FOV allowance.

Solar Imaging Session - November 4, 2015

The sky this morning is clear and seeing condition is fair. AR2443 and 2445 Sunspot Groups are very active in Ha wavelength as both displayed flaring activity inside their core. There is also a huge wide looped prominence in the SW limb as well as a large hedgerow prominence and a faint ejected prominence both in the NW limb. I also got to image AR2443 Sunspot Group in white light wavelength before I got obstructed by our roof :(

Solar Imaging Session - November 3, 2015

The sky this morning is partly cloudy but seeing condition is ok. AR2443 and 2445 Sunspot Groups shows lots of flaring activities inside their core. There is also a huge wide double looped prominence at the SW limb. I also manage to image AR2443 Sunspot Group before I got obstructed but unfortunately , seeing condition deteriorated by the time I got to image it :(

Solar Imaging Session - November 2, 2015

The sky this morning is partly cloudy and I only attempted Ha imaging of AR2443 and 2445 Sunspot Groups which shows lots of solar activity inside their cores.
