Solar Imaging Session - May 3, 2022

I wake up late this morning almost 9am PST (GMT +8)! So I was only able to image in Ha and 1 shot of CaK before I got obstructed by building and clouds :( The seeing condition this morning is fair. There is a new AR3004 Sunspot Group that joining AR3001 and AR2999 Sunspot Groups that are worth monitoring on the Sun's disk. While I'm imaging AR2999 Sunspot Group in Ha, I could see a bright small flare brightening up for a few second before it stars to dim down again... What a nice view! There are also 2 huge prominences visible in the SW and SE limb. The SE prominence is huge but very dim so need to backup the gain a bit while the SW prominence is bright but not as large as the SE one.
