Deep Sky Imaging Session - July 17, 2026

The sky this evening is partly clear so I use this opportunity to test some wide field image of M8 Lagoon Nebula and M20 Triffid Nebula using my ZWO ASI294MC PRO Astro Camera on Canon EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 IS L Lens set at 200mm f/4.5 with STC AstroMultiSpectra Broadband Filter on ZWO AM5 mount. Unfortunately, clouds started to cover up the sky and this prevented me from doing my usual 2-3 hours exposure to a measly 30 minutes total exposure only. Anyway, still happy to test the new configuration and hopefully can get better integration data next time around.
