Solar Imaging Session - April 11, 2012 (Large Dark Filament!)

The sky this morning is hazy and seeing condition is also poor with lots of clouds passing in front of the Sun thus making the session difficult to image :( With the departure of AR11452 Sunspot Group, 2 new sunspot groups are now visible. Although they are both very small, at least it didn't let the Sun be blank :) LOL AR11454 can be seen in the SE limb while AR11455 Sunspot Group can be seen almost near the center of the northern solar hemisphere.

The large dark filament in the northern solar hemisphere is still nice and is nicely composed on my image together with 3 large eruptive prominences in the northern limb. Clouds is very pesky this morning thus didn't give me chance to image in white light as I'm already late for work :(
